Why Albin hoses are better than it's competitors
Albin Pump has more than 35 years on hand experience with Peristaltic and Hose pump solutions, which led them to develop a superior hose. Using the best available quality rubber in order to have the best abrasion resistance, Albin has manufactured a hose which maximises it’s life.
Albin Pump’s natural rubber hose uses the same quality rubber for the entire thickness of the hose while some competitors use different types of rubber, which increases the chance of delaminating between the reinforced layers and reduces the hose life.
Reinforced with two to six individual polyamide and with an outer layer made to strict tolerances Albin hoses ensure perfect compression.
Albin hoses are vulcanized with a 0.5mm tolerance on their wall thickness giving them the best abrasion resistance.
Albin hoses are unmachined, which means the lubricant has a better grip on the hose, causing less friction and heat build-up between the shoe and the hose. This will result in a better hose life of up to 40% more than other hose pump brands.
Albin hoses are interchangeable with the majority of other hose pumps including Bredel hose pumps and Verderflex Peristaltic pumps. This is demonstrated in the table below.
The biggest advantage when selecting an Albin hose to purchase, is its flexibility. These hoses will fit other brands easily due to their length. By cutting off a small section of hose the required length can be customised. No need to have multiple length size spare hoses when one Albin hose can match any requirement. This will save time and money when it comes to replacing the hoses.
