Kelair offers fully-compliant AS2941, fully-packaged hydrant booster pumps complete for simple installation.

Fire Booster Pumpsets are available in diesel and electric drive formations, built on a fabricated base with pipework manifolds, valves, controls and accessories to provide a fully automated system complying with AS2941.
Kelair Pumps systems are engineered and manufactured in strict adherence to the relevant fire codes. Support services are provided from initial engineering assistance through to on-site commission and after sales service.

Hydrant Fire Pumpsets - Diesel Series
Kelair’s standard diesel hydrant pump sets are AS2941-2008 compliant and completed with fully valved suction and discharge manifolds ensuring that installation is fast, simple
and compliant.

Features:

• Factory tested -Every diesel hydrant pumpset is tested as a completed assembly to the requirements of as2417 grade 2 and as2941 including a 90 minute full load test ensuring full compliance, reliability and peace of mind.
• Corrosion resistant baseplates - Fitted with hot dipped galvanised baseplates as standard, all of kelair’s diesel hydrant pumpsets ensure years of corrosion free operation.
• Quality jacking pumps - All diesel hydrant pumpsets are fitted with quality, stainless steel vertical mutli-stage pumps and 16 bar rated pressure tanks ensuring years of trouble free operation.
• Heat exchanger cooled engines - All kelair standard diesel hydrant pumpsets are fitted with heat exchanger cooled engines allowing the units to operate in higher ambient temperatures with reduced levels of room ventilation compared to radiator or air cooled engines.
• Trouble free coupling alignment - Quality universal jointed drive shafts are fitted as standard on all kelair diesel hydrant pumps ensuring that damage to couplings and pump bearings due to incorrect coupling alignment are a thing of the past.
• Detailed documentation - All units are supplied with comprehensive operation and maintenance manuals including detailed autocad drawings.
