ISO process pump with i-ALERT Patented Intelligent Monitoring

The ITT-Goulds IC i-FRAME series is an ISO process pump designed in accordance with ISO 5199 and ISO 2858 making it suitable for worldwide chemical and industrial applications. Featuring a patented seal chamber design named the "Cyclone seal chamber", the IC series of pumps have been proven to provide the optimum sealing environment for extended mechanical seal life.

The IC i-FRAME ISO pump utilises a modular design, offering a broad hydraulic coverage while minimising the number of pump components meaning reduced maintenance and ongoing costs.

The IC Series consists of multiple pump configurations to meet both the pumping and environmental needs of customers in the process industry.

i-FRAME Power End - Designed for reliability and extended pump life:

1. Premium Severe-Duty Thrust Bearings: Using high purity steels and heat treatment to higher stabilisation levels, the premium duty bearing balls are manufactured to higher ISO grade for improved running accuracy and dimension resulting in increased bearing life.
2. Hybrid Labyrinth Seals: Prevents premature bearing failure caused by lubricant contamination or loss of oil. Stainless steel rotors for optimal performance in harsh, corrosive environments.
3. Optimized Oil Sump Design: Increased oil capacity provides better heat transfer for reduced oil temperature (refer to the Oil Sump Capacity chart above). Bearings run cooler and will therefore and last longer. Contaminants are directed away from bearings to magnetic drain plug.
