EXTERNALLY SERVICEABLE AIR DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM (ESADS+)

Exclusive and unique to SANDPIPER, the externally serviceable air distribution system (ESADS+) allows for quick and easy access to the pilot and spool valves. Ideal for applications where uptime is not optional, all SANDPIPER pumps feature ESADS+ technology for quick remote site serviceability in under five minutes.

• On-Off-On Reliability Guaranteed:

Independent of the pilot valve position, the cross-drilled pressure ports in the main directional air valve spool provide a pneumatic bias of the spool at either end of travel. This is accomplished by directing (inner) chamber pressure to the end of the spool, boosting and sustaining pilot pressure until point-of-shift of the pilot valve.

The benefit of this technology is the elimination of spool drifting due to vibration and/or unbalanced pressure or system conditions.

• Remote Site Serviceability - In-line:

With the simple removal of only four bolts on the outside of the ESADS+ Air Distribution System, you can slide off the air valve and pilot valve components. This gives you quick access to the PATENTED, cross-drilled pilot shuttle containing the two O-rings that are the most common part to fail on any AODD pump.

Only SANDPIPER’s ESADS+ feature allows access to the complete ADS without removing the pump from service. Repair or clean in 5 minutes vs. 55 minutes for competitors.
