Flygt Concertor is a fully integrated pumping system that combines software functions with state-of-the-art hardware. The system is designed to work together to reduce total cost of ownership (TCO), while providing high quality, energy efficiency and reliability.

Flygt Concertor is a complete pumping solution with integrated monitoring and control. It senses operating conditions and adjusts performance in real time, while providing feedback to station operators. This provides high operational flexibility for wastewater pumping applications. The Concertor design combines a fully integrated control system with IE4-comparable motor efficiency, proven N-technology hydraulics and intelligent functions. It is based on decades of Flygt wastewater pumping experience.

The integrated control system provides built-in intelligence for quick and simple set-up and operation. Functions that would normally require a sophisticated monitoring and control system are integrated into the system. The result is a significantly smaller footprint.

Dependability and reliability

Concertor is designed for reliable operation and reduced downtime. Long-life bearings and advanced motor protection help extend pump life, while control algorithms automatically adjust pump performance to changing flow rates. The system also helps reduce energy use, which is important for more resource-conscious wastewater operations. Preventative maintenance agreements can also be added to provide consistent and reliable service.

Concertor® XPC is an energy-efficient station manager designed to respond to changing station requirements. It combines an integrated control system with highly reliable pumps. The system comes pre-programmed for easy installation and provides advanced functions including pump station management, an energy minimizer, and sump and pipe cleaning.

Flygt Concertor DP

Concertor® DP is a reliable and energy-efficient pumping solution with pump self-cleaning and gateway connection to your plant’s existing control system. The system is scalable to as many pumps as required by the application, with one gateway per pump. The gateway also serves as a backup on/off controller. Concertor DP provides easily adjustable pump performance and can help reduce operating costs.

Concertor N can connect to existing process controls via a gateway with Concertor DP.
