• 1975: August 1975 Kelair Pumps Australia was formed by Bill Smith
• 1977: Appointed the agents for HMD seal-less pumps and Howard hygienic lobe pumps
• 1977-1979: Product range expanded to Rotan gear pumps, Anema hygienic pumps, Bornemann, Sero, and Lewa metering pumps
• 1980: Secured the Sundyne pump agency
• 1982: Secured the Wilden pump agency
• 1984: Acquired Day Pump & Engineering
• 1984: Established Victorian branch
• 1987: Established Tasmanian branch
• 1990: Established Queensland branch in Brisbane
• 1992: Achieved ISO 9002 Certification
• 1994: Established Western Australian branch
• 1994: Established Building & Fire Division
• 1995: A service department was formed in Tasmanian branch
• 1995: Established Wastewater Products Division
• 1999: Moved to Arndell Park premises, with 3000sqm of factory and office

• 2001: Secured the Viking / Pulsafeeder pump agencies
