What are the HTM PP/PVDF pumps

In a seal-less magnetic drive centrifugal pump the external magnet is connected directly to the motor shaft and it transmits the torque to the internal magnet. The magnetic field created produces a rotation without physical contact between the parts so the impeller spins and moves the fluid. The rear casing is placed between the two magnet joints and it hermetically closes the hydraulic part from the motor.

Injection Moulding

Static Shaft

  • The static shaft of the HTM PP/PVDF series mag drive centrifugal pumps is made of Alumina 99.7% (Al2O3), an extremely resistant ceramic material, which guarantees the maximum stability and resistance to aggressive chemicals.

Magnets

  • The HTM PP/PVDF pumps are equipped with NdFeB magnets that ensure a high magnetic torque. No risk of magnets decoupling.
